For the Hutchins City Hall Project, I was solely responsible for managing all aspects of the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) process. My role included coordinating with furniture dealers, creating detailed furniture specifications, gathering estimates, presenting selections to the client and preparing the bid package and proposal for client approval.

Once the bid was approved, I worked closely with the selected dealer to coordinate contracts and ensure all requirements were met. I also facilitated communication between the client and dealer throughout the process to guarantee that design intent and functional needs were aligned.

In addition, I organized the installation schedule to ensure a seamless and timely delivery of all FF&E items, overseeing the final implementation of furniture and equipment to ensure a smooth transition into the newly designed space.

This experience allowed me to hone my skills in procurement, project coordination, and client management while ensuring that the project was completed to the highest standard.
