FF&E Presentation

The FF&E presentation for the Hutchins City Hall Project was designed to clearly communicate the furniture, fixtures, and equipment selections, ensuring they aligned with the overall design vision and functional requirements of the space. I curated a comprehensive visual and written presentation that highlighted each item’s aesthetic, quality, and functionality.

The presentation included detailed specifications for each piece of furniture and fixture, along with color swatches, material samples, and layout plans that demonstrated how the FF&E would integrate into the designed space. I also included estimates, lead times, and logistical considerations to help the client make informed decisions about their selections.

Additionally, the presentation served as a tool for the client to review options, make adjustments, and provide feedback. It was instrumental in securing final approval and setting the foundation for the subsequent phases of procurement and installation.
