FF&E Concept Presentation

This section outlines the FF&E concept developed for the Nortex Office and Training Center Remodel. The presentation highlights curated furniture, lighting, and material selections that support the project’s goals of functionality, comfort, and brand alignment. The concept was tailored to balance durability with a clean, modern aesthetic—featuring ergonomic workstations, flexible training room setups, and collaborative lounge furnishings.

The FF&E palette incorporates neutral base tones with layered textures and strategic color accents to create a cohesive and professional environment. My role included sourcing furnishings, creating mood boards, and assembling presentation materials to clearly communicate the design intent to the client and ensure seamless integration with the architectural and interior finishes.
