Del Roy New Build

The Del Roy Spec Home was designed by LDI Studio with the goal of creating an upscale, modern residence that emphasizes natural light, warm wood details, and a soft, cohesive color palette. The design reflects a clean, refined aesthetic while maintaining a sense of comfort and livability.

Throughout the project, I contributed to a range of design and technical tasks. My responsibilities included assisting with the creation of detailed specification sheets for all finishes—lighting, tile, stone slabs, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and wallcoverings. I was also involved in finish selection, lighting sourcing, and the development of CAD floor plans and elevation drawings.

In addition, I built a comprehensive 3D model with full renderings to visually communicate the design intent, and assembled a complete design book outlining every aspect of the project. This document served as a critical resource during construction, ensuring consistency and clarity across all design details.
