Del Norte New Build

The Del Norte Project was designed by LDI Studio with the intent to create a sleek, sophisticated home that blends modern minimalism with soft, architectural details. The design highlights smooth arches, warm wood tones, and a refined material palette that brings elegance and character to every space. Natural light plays a key role in enhancing the clean lines and organic textures, resulting in a home that feels elevated yet welcoming.

Throughout the project, I supported both the creative and technical aspects of the design process. My responsibilities included assisting with the selection and specification of finishes such as tile, lighting, plumbing, hardware, and custom wood elements. I also contributed to the development of CAD floor plans, interior elevations, and design presentations to support client and team communication.

Additionally, I helped build a 3D model with renderings to visualize the overall design intent and participated in assembling a detailed design book that captured all key elements of the project. This served as a guiding document during construction, ensuring design accuracy and consistency from concept through completion.
