This chair was designed as a modern, minimalist seating solution for indoor-outdoor hospitality and residential environments. The piece features a clean-lined solid wood frame with a natural finish that highlights the material’s warmth and grain. The squared silhouette is softened by generously proportioned, upholstered cushions that provide both structure and comfort.

The design balances form and function—its open frame and elevated seat height promote air circulation and ease of use in transitional spaces. The neutral-toned cushions offer versatility, allowing the chair to blend seamlessly with a variety of design aesthetics while maintaining a timeless, contemporary feel.

I was responsible for the entire design process, from concept development and sketching to material selection and fabrication coordination. This piece reflects my focus on simplicity, material integrity, and user-centered comfort.
